An update was provided on the recent Home Office engagement. The attendees got an exclusive look at the S12's draft MR8 Manifesto. The session also discussed topics around BAS, IPPS, data and buyer education.

This session updated workstream members of the draft MBL Manifesto, and the plan to create a comms campaign to boost momentum. It was also discussed that the S12 are forming a response around the BAS.

This was the first combined workstream following the restructure of all S12 workstreams. The session covered the MR8 consultation, issues surrounding BAS, and the Buyers Charter. There were also discussions about potential developments for data sharing and an S12 MR7/MR8 position paper.

The workstream lead and registered members meet for the first time

The first Manchester Arena MR8 Mandatory Business Licensing meeting brought together industry stakeholders to set the direction for the workstream. Members considered the current proposals and identified next steps.
