August Workstream Meeting

Homeland Security joined the call to offer clarification on the guidance. The session concluded with a detailed Q&A between members and the Homeland Security representatives. Meeting was NOT recorded.

July Workstream Meeting

This meeting gave a complete overview of the current position of Martyn's Law. Information around Section 27, Section 12 and Regulatory Readiness were discussed. Areas for further clarifications included event venues, multiple duty holders, and data collection.

June Workstream Meeting

The session discussed the Section 12 guidance and consultation progress in depth, informing members that the S12 will submit a formal response to the consultation.

April Workstream Meeting

This meeting welcomed attendance from the Home Office, as they provided exclusive updates around the S27 guidance and Terrorism (protections of Premises) Act.

The workstream lead and registered members meet for the first time

The first meeting brought together industry stakeholders to set the direction for the workstream. Members considered the existing processes, identified the main challenges and planned their next steps.
